Daysloka respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and comparable laws.

How the service works

daysloka.online is a processing tool, not a gallery or a host. Files submitted by users are converted and then deleted automatically within hours. There are no public pages, galleries or search results showing user images, and download links expire. In practice this means there is usually nothing to take down by the time a complaint arrives — but if material of yours is reachable through our site, or appears in content we ourselves published, tell us and we will act.

Filing a notice

Send your notice to dmca@daysloka.online with the subject line "Copyright Notice", including:

your full name, address, telephone number and email address;

identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;

the exact URL where the material can be found, precise enough for us to locate it;

a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;

a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;

your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

Complete notices are reviewed and acted on within 2 to 5 business days. Where a specific file is identified and still present, it is removed immediately and its link disabled.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to dmca@daysloka.online with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.

Repeat infringers

Access is blocked permanently for users associated with repeated valid infringement notices.
