Daysloka ("we", "us", "our") operates daysloka.online, a free online tool that converts images from one format into another. This policy explains what we do with the files you convert and the information we collect while you use the site.

The files you upload

This is the part that matters most, so it comes first.

Images you submit are used for one purpose only: to produce the converted file you asked for.

Uploaded files and their converted versions are deleted automatically from our servers within a few hours of the conversion. Conversions that run entirely in your browser never reach our servers at all.

We do not open, inspect, share, sell or publish your images, and we do not use them to train any model.

We do not build a library of your conversions and we do not keep a history linked to you.

Download links are unguessable and stop working once the file is deleted.

Even so, please do not upload images containing passwords, identity documents, medical records or anything else you would not want to leave your own device.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you email us or send a report, we receive your address and whatever you write.

Technical information. Our servers log IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, and the date and time of each request.

Conversion metadata. We record counts such as source format, target format, file size and processing time. These numbers are not tied to an identified person and are used to keep the converter fast and reliable.

Cookies. Small files stored by your browser that remember preferences, measure traffic and support advertising.

The site does not require an account, and we do not ask for payment card details or identity documents.

How we use information

To run the converter and deliver your output file.

To measure usage in aggregate and improve speed, quality and format support.

To reply to messages and abuse reports.

To detect automated abuse, fraud and attempts to overload the service.

To display advertising and measure its performance.

Essential cookies keep the tool working and remember your chosen settings. Analytics cookies count visits in aggregate. Advertising cookies are set by our partners. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the converter will still work, but some preferences will not be remembered.

Advertising and third-party vendors

daysloka.online is free and is funded by advertising, including ads served by Google.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.

Analytics and service providers

We use analytics to produce aggregated traffic reports, and hosting and content-delivery providers to run the site. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and may store it on servers outside your country. Where the law requires it, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Data retention

Uploaded and converted files: deleted automatically within hours. Server logs: kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymised. Emails you send us: kept only as long as needed to handle the request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR; residents of California have comparable rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. Write to privacy@daysloka.online and we will answer within 30 days. We do not sell personal information.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact privacy@daysloka.online and we will delete it.

Security

Traffic to and from the site is encrypted with HTTPS, and stored files are isolated and deleted on a schedule. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy as the tool changes or the law requires. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top.
