These Terms govern your use of daysloka.online. By converting a file here, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

 

The service

 

Daysloka converts images between formats such as JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, BMP, TIFF, HEIC, ICO and SVG. It is free, needs no account, and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, limit or discontinue any feature at any time.

 

Your files and your responsibility

 

You keep all rights in the images you upload. By uploading a file you confirm that you own it or have permission to convert it, and you grant us a strictly limited, temporary right to store and process that file for the sole purpose of producing your converted copy. That right ends when the file is deleted.

 

Acceptable use

 

You may not use this service to process or distribute:

 

images you have no right to use, including copyrighted material belonging to someone else;

sexual content involving minors, or any material depicting the abuse or exploitation of a child;

content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that harasses or threatens another person;

files containing malware, or files crafted to attack our systems or other users.

 

You also may not scrape the site, use bots to submit conversions at scale, resell the service, or attempt to bypass usage limits or gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure. Reported abuse is investigated and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

 

Limits

 

Reasonable limits apply to file size, image dimensions and the number of conversions per period, so that the tool stays available for everyone. Limits may change without notice.

 

No warranty

 

We do not guarantee that a conversion will succeed, that output will match your expectations of quality, colour, transparency or metadata, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always keep your original file.

 

Limitation of liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of files, loss of data or lost profits.

 

Intellectual property

 

The site's name, design, text and code belong to us. Format names and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

 

Advertising

 

The service is supported by advertising, including ads served by Google and its partners. Ads are selected by those networks, not by us.

 

Suspension

 

We may block access, without notice, to anyone who breaches these Terms or whose usage harms the service or its users.

 

Changes and governing law

 

We may revise these Terms at any time; the posted version applies as soon as it is published. These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator is established.
